Le Creuset Online Square Griddle – Square Griddle

Not just for pancakes and eggs, the Square Griddle is ideal for searing steaks, vegetables, burgers and toasted sandwiches. The space-saving design maximizes space on the stovetop and in the oven, and is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time that is ideal for searing and browning.

Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the Square Griddle has exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities for superior results from stove to oven to table. The durable enameled surface minimizes sticking and staining, requires no pre-seasoning, and is easy-to-clean.
